KING is new club night for queer women and their friends. It is a trans and non binary inclusive space. I was tasked with creating an identity and promotional imagery for the club night. As the name was masculine, I used colour and an illustration style that was feminine in direct juxtaposition to the name, and most importantly, to communicate openness to all. For the logo I created the icon of a crown, I was then able to use this shape as the frame for the illustrations and artists photo for each consecutive club night.
